Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items purchased as part of a limited-time promotion, discounted offer, or sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

To start a return, contact us at support@getvanoir.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Insider Membership:

Returns and refunds apply to product purchases only. Your Insider membership ($29.99/month) is a separate recurring subscription. You can cancel your membership anytime at cancel.getvanoir.com or by emailing support@getvanoir.com. There are no cancellation fees, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
